Thank you to everyone who attended the EcSELL Institute Sales Management Summit. It was great putting faces to names. We will be emailing out evaluation forms to the attendees for all the intructors and the Summit overall. From the few I have reviewed, it appears that everyone got a lot out of this event.
The people who attended the Summit are an amazing group of sales managers. Their commitment to professional development is comendable.

This was an excellent summit. Lots of top notch speakers with concrete ideas we can apply to our work as Sales Leaders: proven talent acquisition processes and their huge impact on sales growth, changes in leadership styles that apply to today's young sales professionals, the importance of emotional intelligence and techniques to improve it, new ideas for improving the efficiency of the business development process and a great exchange of ideas between participants. I highly recommend for all Sales Managers/Leaders.
